Deviant Universe - Avarice

Adding a new "hero" to the but this one is a far cry from Mr Happy in terms of heroics. Avarice is more like if the Punisher went after the wealthy and powerful instead of the mob. Mix in some elements of Batman and Dr Strange and I think you get the idea.
