Description

More from the HEROES & VILLAINS OF MISKATONIC CITY by Ross Snyder Jr :iconrossps112:. Ross and I both share a love of the Brain in a Jar. I have a similar science hero called Dr Lightbreaker who has a lot in common with the Alien Brain. But this isn't about me its about Ross and just what is the Alien Brain's deal you might ask?

"
In 1952 Alan Brennan had it all, a young & beautiful wife, a newborn son, and a promotion. All of that was taken away in a flash. Driving on a lonely stretch of road, after his first day as foremen, this 24 year old man saw bright lights in the sky....and they were following him. Before he could out run them, there was a blinding flash, and then he woke up crash landed in a flying saucer in the middle of downtown Miskatonic City....62 years later. Now trapped not only in a world as alien to him as anything from outer space, but trapped in a body that isn't his own. He tries to help the people of the city face threats the cops can't handle all the while trying to find his place in this brave (and sinister) new world.

Concept: He is my heroic brain in a jar, with a bit of Captain America fish out of water, and a touch of ironman (see look & super powers) in the mix. He comes from a different time, a more innocent time, along with all of his family and friends long dead, he is a lost soul."

This guy was lots of fun because of his retro style. Gave me an excuse to watch The Iron Giant and Sky Captain again for research of course.

I like the idea that the giant Brain-in-a-Jar-Robot is actually a hero. He'd make a great misunderstood monster.
