Southern Comics Handbook: Finish Line

Here we have the resident super speedster of the Mr Happy universe but unlike nearly every other speedster Finish Line's powers are based in technology. This gives him lots of disadvantages compared to natural speedy guys which should be fun to explore. But unlike them he has a team backing him and can conceivably get all Iron Man and end up with better or even multiple suits in the future. I created him back between 94-99 when I was hard core trying to build my own comic universe but he never got past the sketch phase. The idea came from a fast guy with a cape (super speedies never wear capes). Once decided it should be checkered everything fell into place for both the design and his backstory. Funny that I never finished the artwork but this design works way better and ended up helping me come up with the tech ideas behind his suit.
